There should be a special license given to exceptional drivers that allows them to pull over stupid drivers and give them a dunce cap magnet for the top of their car. This way, they can be easily identified, and you know when you are near them, and expect to be frustrated.
Examples of stupid drivers:
1. Cruise control set a 5 miles below speed limit
2. Drive the speed limit or lower in the left lane
3. Refuse to turn left on green without an actual arrow
4. Have no idea where they're going and refuse to learn how to use GPS
5. Talking on cell phone while driving a mini van
6. Have family stickers on the back window of vehicle
7. Buy an exotic sports car and drive below the speed limit
8. People who think a flashing red arrow means stop, not stop, look then turn
9. DWA - Driving while Asian (I know that's a stereotype, but prove me wrong
Feel free to add to the list, I know there are so many more, just trying to help us all. If you receive a dunce magnet on your car, you should be required to stay in the right lane, and only move to the left within one mile of your left turn.
